Increasing number of bcMail*.mime in tmp

Hello,

When checking my temporary folder I found a huge number of
bcMail-files that seem to be created by SMIMEUtil and/or
SMIMESignedParser. Is this a bug or do I need to tell these
classes when the temporary files can be deleted?

Im using version 1.43 for my tests.
