Information Refresh problem

Hi,

If am producing any change on the system....ie. modifying some user setings like adding a new application on its account, application changes...e.tc.... I need to log out and log in again to see the change, otherwise it will not be reflected.

Is any setting/way of  making changes more dinamic?
