Inkscape 0.47pre1

Sorry to be terse, but I'm running late... here is the 0.47pre1
distribution.  Lots of great fixes, please test and ensure we have a
truly great release!

(Not there yet, I'm guessing a caching issue on SF's side... I'll be on
