Install PostGIS on 8.3 w/o Internet Connection

Is this possible anymore?

I have a machine that isn't connected to the internet.  Usually I download both installers & install. Now that PostGIS is installed through the application stack installer, it doesn't seem possible to install.

Is there a way to install the binary & point the application stack installer to this new directory?
