Installation of package java 1.2.6 fails with latest Windows binary

The link below is a 'diary' log of my latest unsuccessful attempt to install the 'java' package.  I reported a similar problem with the 3.2.0 sourceforge binary.  Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?  Thanks.
