Installing Koha 3.x on Windows

I see just one reference to running Koha 3 on Windows in the release notes. However, I don't see any specific references in the Install doc to support this.

The most documented release for Windows I have found is Koha 2.2

Any feedback, pointers, assistance is welcomed
