Installing eCos 2.0 on linuxhi.........
can anyone please tell me how to install eCos 2.0 on a pc running linux. i cannot use the online installation option. so i got to install it by building it from the source. theres is no documentation regarding the insatallation on the ecos.sourceware.org website (or i couldnt find it yet). please help!!!!!!!!!!! regards jess_lyn |

actually the source i have is ecos-2.0b1.i386linux. is there any diiference if i use the prcedure you mentioned for installing this version of the ecos as well... i didnt try the for the other package ( ecos-2.0)... i tried the " /path/to/ecos-2.0/configure --target=i386f --prefix=/opt " step. it worked fine... but i couldnt get pass the make command... it says " no rule to make all "... please help thanks a lot for your reply......... regards jess_lyn |
