Hi...

This was posted on the mythtv users list.  It should be (very)
interesting to anyone using VLC to watch ATSC recordings from a mythtv
back end on their mvpmc box:

As a follow up to this, I've integrated the protocol changes into
libcmyth. Shortly, I'll be pushing it to my git-repo of mvpmc, and you
can all take a look if you are interested.

Thanks,
Chase Douglas

Ok, I'm an idiot.  Chase Douglas / mvpmc == Chase Douglas / mythtv.
Chase you've been posting here since January asking about the myth-libs
that mvpmc.org uses.

So, you have an iPhone which is the intended target of your efforts.
But do you also have a mediamvp box?

Nope, I'm strictly using libcmyth. At this point, I'm only really
interested in HD quality frontends, so the mediamvp is ruled out as
far as I can tell. I'm more interested in getting my hands on an ION
platform for that task.
