InterpretationHello
One question about the xml transforms being used. Is there a way to turn off special character interpretation? If an element with a quotation mark in it is deserialized and then subsequently serialized the element lost the " and gained a " (ie <terminationChar>"<terminationChar> turns into <terminationChar>"</terminationChar>). Also, in the reverse case explicit character hex values are being interpreted and then not interpreted back (ie: <terminationChar> </terminationChar> is converted to <terminaitonChar> </terminationChar>). Any thoughts as to if/where this could be turned off at? Thanks, James Mantyka ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us! Re: InterpretationHi,
Yes, do the following. @Element(data=true) private String value; This will wrap it in a CDATA section, which will not be escaped. See the org.simpleframework.xml.core.DataTest in the test cases for an example.
