Folks:
As I've mentioned a couple of times now, I'd like to get out of the
business of making all the decisions for the K-3D project; towards that
end I've asked Daniel Matthews, Joe Crawford, and Bart Janssens to join
me as voting members of the "K-3D Board". Since the four of us are
already the "official" K-3D representatives for the Software Freedom
Conservancy, this seemed like a good time to take the next step and
start to put K-3D's project governance on a slightly more formal basis -
towards that end, the Board will be responsible for setting project
policies, allocating assets, and approving expenditures.
