IntroductionHello,
I'd like to get involved in the Debian Perl Group. My aim is to become proficient enough with the policies and tool chain to help with new packaging, maintenance of existing packages and back-porting packages I need on a day-to-day basis to stable. I've previously been a perl developer but for the last few years I've been a Linux system administrator. I've got some modules on CPAN (PAUSE ID dwilson) and I'm a member of my local Perl Mongers. My Alioth user id is: dwilson-guest. Dean -- Dean Wilson http://www.unixdaemon.net Profanity is the one language all programmers understand --- Anon -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-perl-REQUEST@... with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmaster@... |

I've got some modules on CPAN (PAUSE > ID dwilson) and I'm a member of my local Perl Mongers. than just people from the Debian side of things. The broader range of experience gives us an added edge which is beneficial for both Debian and the Perl community-at-large.
