Dear Colleague,
I am writing to you, because I would like to invite you on behalf of the Agency for Land Relation and Cadastre of Moldova to participate in the "Citizens Rights to the Real Property" Conference. The Agency organizes this conference in Chisinau, Moldova, 30. November-1 December 2009. SIDA, FIG Commission 3 and 7, World Bank, Norwegian Mapping Authority are involved into the organization of the event too.
The main themes of the event:
- the Real Property Rights current issues in Eastern Europe and South Asia regions, and
- the future "to do" list of improving the situation in these regions.
The Agency invites representatives from international organizations, professionals from governmental agencies from the neighboring countries and experts of relevant private companies for having discussions and developing common approach.
We attach the themes and draft program of the conference, and also the registration sheet and the hotel registration form.
If you wish to make a presentation or a short speech in one of our sessions, or wish to have an exhibition boot: please send back your registration form indicating your request as soon as possible.
Hoping you can find time to attend the event, could contribute your knowledge to the common pool, meet colleagues and friends of your field, and find further cooperation possibilities.
