Is kernel 2.6.31.4 xenifid?

what is the difference between a xenifid kernel

linux-2.6.31.4-xen-r4.aka.suse-xenified-2.6.31.3-1.1.src.rpm-rebased.patches.by.andrew.lyon.tar.gz
getting from http://x17.eu/xen/,
and the one pv getting from 
git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git linux-2.6-xen

both are 2.6.31.4 then what is the difference between 2 of them?

Jeremy's 'xen/master' branch is at 2.6.31.5 atm.

The difference is that the xenified patches are forward-ports of the old
2.6.18 Xenlinux code (ported by Novell/Suse). Xenlinux code/patches
won't be accepted into upstream linux, it's too intrusive.

While jeremy's tree is re-write for upstream Linux pvops framework, and
is aimed for upstream inclusion.
