Is the "Tracker" Application Available?

I can't seem to find "Tracker" in the default install of egroupware. Is it missing? How can I install it?

tracker is included in the file e.g. named eGroupWare-contrib-1.2-105.zip
and you can find it by google - at same places you will also find other formats.
