Is there a way to open a file in the WAV editor from the command line?

I would like to be able to right-click on a .WAV file and select "edit"
and have the file open in the EAC Wav editor.  In order to set this up,
I would need a command line option for EAC to open a Wav file in the Wav
editor.  None of the ways I tried worked.  Perhaps there are no command
line options for EAC?

Unless there is some special EAC capability of which I am unaware, it
seems preferable to open it in a more full-featured editor like
Audacity, Sound Forge, etc.   Audacity is available at no cost and
runs on multiple platforms (Linux, Windows, Mac, etc.).  Just a
thought...

I would suggest the free, yet powerful wave (and mp3, etc.) editor Audacity.  You can find it here: http://download.cnet.com/Audacity/3000-2170_4-10058117.html
