Is there any way to restore "time information" from rrd file in its XML form?

Hello,

I'm trying to restore "time information" as well as the value from XML file which
was created by "dump". (I mean the information enclosed between "<!--" and "-->"
by "time information" which is put just before the value enclosed between "<v>" and
"</v>".)

Is it possible? And if it's possible, could you tell me how?
