Issue 252 in solfege: Repeat button only replayes every couple of clicksStatus: New
Owner: ---- New issue 252 by junkemai...@...: Repeat button only replayes every couple of clicks http://code.google.com/p/solfege/issues/detail?id=252 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. start a new rhythm exercise 2. click the replay button This can also be reproduced by going to the preferences page and clicking the test midi device button What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The replay button should replay the sound sample each time it is clicked. Instead, it only plays back on every fifth or so click. To repeat the sound, I must click repeatedly until it plays. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? GNU Solfege 3.14.5 linux mint 9 with XFCE Kernel 2.6.32-38 all default system preferences ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Try before you buy = See our experts in action! If I press just one time the repeat button nothing happens, but if I press it a couple of times, quickly, it plays the interval. -- Software Libre = Software libertario http://libroblanco.org.ar ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Keep Your Developer Skills Current with LearnDevNow! Re: Issue 252 in solfege: Repeat button only replayes every couple of clicksUpdates:
Status: WontFix Comment #2 on issue 252 by t...@...: Repeat button only replayes every couple of clicks http://code.google.com/p/solfege/issues/detail?id=252 I don't see anything wrong with your .solfegerc file. Maybe you could try to play sounds using an external midi player program like timidity? Or use a more recent solfege release that can use ALSA to play sounds. I see from the .solfegerc file that you use the old solfege_c_midi module written for OSS. I don't think I will be able to fix your problems. Especially since nobody else have reported the same problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ For Developers, A Lot Can Happen In A Second.
