Issue with custom build

Hi all,

I've created a custom build using loader=xdomain. From this build I've extracted the js and two files from the nls folder (en, es). In fact, double that because I take the .xd files as well. I serve this three files alone using JAWR while the rest of dojo is either obtained from a CDN or a local installation. If I use the CDN everything works well. Unfortunately if I switch to a local dojo I get:

Though things seem to work. Any idea how can I remove the message from the console? The request should not be fired at all as the data has been imported used a script tag by then.
