Issue with debug-commons repository?

I get the following message attempting to update my debug-commons sources.

Fetching external item into 'jruby-debug/trunk/bin'
svn: Connection closed unexpectedly

Net searches on the general message suggest network or server problems
on whatever external server is being used to host whatever external
component was requested...

Anyone know anything about this?  Is there a way to find out what
connection is causing trouble?
