Issues with Nexus behind Proxy

Hi, I am running nexus-webapp-1.3.4 behind proxy.
I configured proxy settings in nexus.xml. Attaching nexus.xml and log.
I am getting "No credentials available for NTLM @my.company.proxy:3138" error when I try to build my sample project and getting "StorageException" when re-indexing the repository. nexus.xml
