J iPhone/iPad discussion in beta forum

Discussion of the J beta for iPhone/iPad should be in the beta forum.

The beta subscriptions will be out of date (from the last beta) but it is
probably easier for you to make your own adjustments (unsubscribe or
subscribe as appropriate for you).

It is probably reasonable to also move Android discussion to beta.
