JESS: object and instance in jess

Hi, I have 2 questions: 1.in an instance of a class which has a slot with multiple cardinality how can I access and act on each value? 2.how can I specify that a name is the name of a class in protege? for example in this command: (defglobal ?*dn* = Androgenic) How can declare that Androgenic is the name of a class?
