JMS & CF5

I have never used JMS before and I am looking for a good starting point
to do my research. First of all I'm still running CF5 Enterprise OS
Version 5.0, Service Pack 4 OS Build Number 2195 with j2re1.4.0.  Could
JMS run with the current setup? If so, is there a good guide on how to
implement messaging within CF?
