JS Library Support When JS Outside of Project

Hello -

     I am using Netbeans 6.7 and have the following problem: I have a project with multiple web applications. One web application hosts the dojo javascript code. The other web applications use the source code served up from the dojo web application. How can I get javascript support for dojo when the dojo source code is not directly inside of my web projects that use them (but is inside my netbeans project as a dojo web archive)?
