Jack clients connection deamon with OSC interface?

Hi folks,

I' am looking for an daemon (applikation) which maintance the connections of Jack-clients. It would be perfekt if such an daemon is controllable via OSC. Does anyone know such an daemeon?

Any help would be appreciated!
