This position will provide technical and tactical leadership for the
Immunoassay (ELISA, Gyros, enzymatic etc) and Automation areas within the
Biological Assay group in the Department of Analytical Biochemistry. S/He
will be responsible for the development of in-house host cell protein and
DNA assays (ELISA and qPCR, respectively), characterization of host cell
proteins (proteomics), and SPR work. GMP knowledge would be a definite
asset, as would the validation of the above assays.
In addition to scientific leadership, the candidate will provide performance
management, coaching, and career development to staff members so that their
full potentials can be attained, while advancing the scientific reputation
of our client company.
