Jrun errors in the connector log

I am getting these errors on one of my servers:

2008-08-03 10:22:36 jrISAPI[2436:1756]  JRun unable to fetch clustered-servers <- [1596], proxy busy

I do not have Jrun setup to be a cluster..
 
Any ideas why this is happening? Or how to fix it?
