Just an Idea for OoBase...

Hi,
I guess that this has been put forward before...
Can an OpenOffice Base database be made into a stand alone exe??
i.e. setup an OoBase database in OpenOffice and then compile it to run without OpenOffice being on/installed on the users PC.
