Hi Rashmit,
This is my take on post.
1. Your application on plain paper shall be rejected outright by the PIOs
of Orissa oops ODISHA.
2. Use Form A available here.
http://bit.ly/44RYXd 3. Attach your EPIC/Passport etc. as proof of Identity. (a must)
4. Visit Orissa Soochana Commission website and have a look around.
5. IPOs are not official yet. So keep your fingers crossed.
6. Do your homework and be realistic about what information you really
need.
7. Drastically prune down your questionnaire to 5/6 most relevant
information.
8. Seek file inspection.(it's a must)
9. Be mentally prepared for a long drawn battle for information and a bit
of disappointment.
Point no. 1-5 are ODISHA specific.(May not be applicable elsewhere)
