I am facing the exact same problem Adriaan mailed about. I'm trying to sync Kontact with my phone, I'm also running Kubuntu Gutsy. The bluetooth connection to the phone is okay, I can transfer files to and from the memory card in the phone. I've set up a sync group in Kitchensync, entering the phone's Bluetooth address and different channels - I have found a "Device compatibility list" saying channel 10 or 14 are to be used - there's two entries, one says 10, one says 14.
However, when I click on "Sync now", my phone comes up with a promt to accept the connection request which is a good sign, I think - but by the time I have clicked OK, my PC already displays a message that the synchronization failed.
Any ideas, anyone?
