Hi,
I'm trying to sync my Nokia e61i with my KDE PIM data via bluetooth.
I'm running Kubuntu Gutsy.
Kitchensync version is 0.1 on kde 3.5.8.
I followed the instructions at
http://www.urubatan.info/2007/10/it-is-getting-easier-to-sync-your-cell-phone-with-your-linux-box/and got most of the way. I can now see my phone in konqueror and
managed to transfer a file with konqueror on to the phone.
I'm having no joy trying to sync with kitchensync though. I've tried a
large number of different channels (according to sdptool the
SyncMLClient is on channel 10 and the "Nokia OBEX PC Suite Services"
on Channel 12) with SyncML version 1.1 and 1.2 and always get
connection errors from the phone.
Unfortunately the error codes flash up very quickly, so it is not
possible to read them properly. The two error codes I managed to make
out are 79 and 68. Anybody have any idea what either of these means?
Does anybody have any other advice as to what I can try?
