Knop for Lasso 9

The work to make Knop work on Lasso 9 has just begun.
I've checked in a version that will pass the Lasso 9 compiler (at least it did last I checked), but it most certainly won't work properly. If you feel like contributing then please start with testing that the "Trunk" version works as it should in Lasso 8.
I think it's too early to begin real testing in Lasso 9 as there are too many known issues.
