The CCID list of unsupported readers lists these, saying:

Does this mean that such firmware is already available?  Or does it mean that
Kobil is working on it, but it's not available yet?

If the latter, when is this update expected?

Kobil is aware of the problem.

You should ask Kobil support directly.
