Koha V2.2.9 Perl Module Error

Hello,

I am trying to install and run Koha v2.2.9. When installing, I run into
an error at the end of the Perl Module installation.

"There was an error configuring the XML-SAX module (creating
ParserDetails.ini)."

I've also tried running the Perl module installation package from the
download site but get the same error.

Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
