If this is a port/driver issue, I apologize for wasting your time.  I am concerned since the program is looking for the wrong phone at the end of the log.  Is there something wrong with my settings?

I am also unsure why it checks for all the phones listed when I request a specific one in the settings.

Thanks for your help if you can offer it.
