Every time I try to copy a file from my enV Touch (LG-VX11000) to my computer, an exception is thrown by BitPim.  Anyone know why or how to get around this?

Are you using the USB cable that came with the phone?  Do you have a memory card in the phone?  If so, can you copy files if you use the USB mass storage mode?

I had the Dare before (I have the Touch now) and I was using a retractable micro USB cable and I was unable to copy files with it and the phone was an "unknown USB Device" when I tried to use the USB Mass Storage mode.
