Hi,

I'm new to the list & looking to get my new LG VX7100 (Glance) working
with bitpim. After testing some other LG phone profiles, the phone
seems to be most like the LG VX8610 (Decoy). Bitpim fetches mostly
everything except the phonebook correctly using this profile, but it
can't write anything.

I read the documents in dev-doc, but I'm still unsure as to where to
start development. What is your general procedure in figuring out the
packets / reversing the protocol?

Any tips much appreciated. Thank you.

Adam

You might try the enV touch setting which is only available in the svn
code at the moment. Information on running from source can be found
here: http://www.bitpim.org/developer.html. Let me know if that works
for you.

Have you figured anything out from this at all,  I have the Glance and I am trying to send the Phone Book to it.  Please let me know if you figured anything out.
