Yup, we're just going to have to wait for the vx11000 to be supported by bitpim.
The telephone contact information database used with the Env Touch changed since the Env Voyager (vx10000) so bitpim will need to be updated.
I have successfully used the vx10000 setting to sync the calendar and to transfer ringtones.
