Late Binding Problem in Mono on Ubuntu 9.04

Some comples VB.net programs that run fine on MS Windows fail under mono on Ubuntu 9.04 due to failure to handle late binding entry points.  This seems to affect only rather complex programs.  I have posted an example of the problem at http://jfransom.poweroc.net/Simple_Address_Book.zip  I've placed all of it in the public domain, so use it anyway you see fit.  The class seq mimicks the Euphoria programming language sequences, with a few changes.  Sorry the program is so complicated, but the problem doesn't seem to show up in anything simpler.  Thank you for your consideration.

I think you want to file a bug about this upstream (bugzilla.novell.com)
as it doesn't seem related to Debian/Ubuntu specifically
