License of 4.3.0's typo3/contrib/flashmedia/flvplayer.swf

Hi there,

i'm currently trying to package the 4.3.0beta1 for debian and
lintian complains abount the file typo3/contrib/flashmedia/flvplayer.swf
which could have a non free license.
There is a player.txt in that directory, but i cannot find a flvplayer.swf
in the archive pointed to by the .txt.

So where exactly is the flvplayer.swf from and what is the license of this
file?

IMO the swf has been created for TYPO3 and has the same license as TYPO3
but Steffen will have the real correct answer

Although I'm not the right Steffen: Yes, this player is created for TYPO3  
by Steffen (Kamper) because of licensing difficulty.

I have to admitt: The player.txt [1] states sth. different. But I  
think/hope it's outdated.

Let's really wait for the right Steffen's answer ;-)

player.txt is license of the mp-player (player.swf)
The flvplayer is an own compilation based on the anarchy player. All
code is done in the as file which is included in svn.
So License is the same as TYPO3.

does that mean you need a swfplayer.txt or something like this to get
the swf into the package?

Nope.
I only need to know, that this file is under GPL so i can override the
lintian error.
