CDDL, GPL, or a license for the Sun App Server? I don't recall reading the above in CDDL or GPL before. Re: License questionThanks for the reply Mark. It looks as though it covers all of the
software. This is the title: Sun Microsystems, Inc. ("Sun") SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("SLA") and ENTITLEMENT for SOFTWARE This license is on the download page for Glassfish Enterprise Server v 2.1.1 at the following link: https://cds.sun.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/CDS-CDS_Developer-Site/en_US/-/USD/ViewProductDetail-Start?ProductRef=sges-2.1.1-oth-JPR@CDS-CDS_Developer Thanks, Matt On Thu, Nov 5, 2009 at 8:57 PM, Mark Mielke <mark@...> wrote: > > On 11/05/2009 10:45 AM, Matt Bramblett wrote: >> >> Can anyone provide clarification on this clause in the Glassfish license? >> Section A 5. Re: License questionThis the commercial GlassFish Enterprise license. You can always use
the bits from glassfish.org which are under CDDL/GPLv2 but I'd encourage you to contact a Sun sales rep if you're hitting the 200:1 limit, a subscription (patches, support, enterprise manager) might come handy for such volumes anyhow.
