Limit attachments to just the recipient?

I have been usinig PHPmailer-FE for some time now and it works great, but I have not been able to figure out how to limit the attachments to just the recipient.  The form I created works great and I can attach several files and they come in just fine.  The problem is that the files  by default also go back to the person that filled out the form.  I have looked over many of the forums and tried several things myself, but just can't seem to shut it off without also shutting down the file attachments altogether.  Anyone know how to do this?
