Link to mailing lists

Hi!

The body of http://openjdk.java.net/contribute/ in several places
mentions "appropriate development list". I would suggest turning at
least the first, maybe all of these references into links to
http://mail.openjdk.java.net/ . Yes, there is such a link titled
"Mailing lists" in the navigation bar to the left, but I know I managed
to miss that, and the links in this text are unobtrusive enough that
having one more won't hurt and might be useful.
