List admin issues

Hi

Sorry to clutter, but the normal admin routes are not working.  I'm trying to move my list subscription to another email address, but:

1. Mail from gmail is considered spam (when trying to confirm subscription from my new gmail address):

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
    cg-sc.1246266700.pcfmmnlmlfdjeejfbphp-mario.marais=gmail.com@...
Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 Your email is considered spam (9.20 spam-hits) (state 18).

2. if I try contact the listowner I get this message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mailbox3.hrnoc.net. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<info@...>:
user is over quota

Can anybody assist?

I also ran into the qmail nastygram, but my motivation was a
bit different - I wanted to find out how to turn off email
delivery of the list, so that I can browse it on the web and
post as desired.

Hi.

Sorry to hear of the email troubles.  We are trying to keep fighting
spammers and this was unfortunate.
I will correct it by this evening and will write back to you (my time
zone is in Virginia, USA).
