List of Robots and Features

Is there a listing of robots that are freely available somewhere on
the on the web? So far, I've found the following robot tutorials:

http://www.berniw.org/torcs/robot/robot.html
http://www.wdbee.gotdns.org:8086/
http://sites.google.com/site/torcscreations/drivers

and I found  http://usuarios.lycos.es/f1torcs/ though from what I can
tell, it allows you to create cars.. which might be useful, but I'm
looking for robots and their code.

I'd really like a listing of the features, i.e. what is coded into
them, and in what robot that specific set of code is from.

Are there planned features that haven't been implemented? I noticed in
some online videos that universities have participated, they are
generally open in sharing, is there a listing of what universities
participated in which event, and contact information would be helpful.

I'm looking into simulating my own autonomous car before building my
own physical implementation.

Best Regards.

http://keithcu.com/wiki/index.php/TORCS_robot_driving is quite nice as
well. I'd even like to see more links like this posted in this thread
if someone is willing.
