Leandro, what you ask is considered quite trivial within the realm of Actionscript and Flash. I suggest you do a Google search and read through some tutorials first before asking general questions on the list. If you still have any specific problems then you're always welcome to ask of course.

_root.createEmptyMovieClip("topo", 1);        
_root.loadMovie("topo.jpg", "topo");

The loadMovie dont load the image in the movieclip created. The image is loaded, but the image dont is loaded in the mc.
Sorry if my question is too much newbye, but if someone can help me

In general Help contents are your friend, you can also check Kirupa, actionscript.org or flashkit for instance.
Hopefully you have an internet connection...

 

if you want to start seriously check Colin Moock books complete references on As2.

 

It is not because you use mtasc that you cannot refer to these sources...

You want to store a reference to the MovieClip object that you just created in a reference variable. That way you can actually work with the MovieClip you just created:
 
var mc : MovieClip = _root.createEmptyMovieClip("topo", 1);
 
Now you can target that newly created MovieClip and load an image into it:
 
mc.loadMovie("topo.jpg");
