Localization capplet status?

Hi,

I'm converting the capplets to use GtkBuilder, and noticed the
localization capplet. It doesn't seem to be built by default and there
is no way to enable it in configure. I just wondered if anyone knew what
the status was of this capplet?

as you can see from its main.c file, it's almost empty, so its status is
very-alpha-work-in-progress.

It would be great though to actually work on it, so if you convert it to
use GtkBuilder, someone can get from there and work on it for next
cycle, I guess
