Location channel lists

Hi There,

Since i spent most of today trying to figure out how to get the
locations etc to auto scan, had to solve by building my own :) Here it
is for others :)

Added (with the exception of the 191.5 mhz transponder, because it
just consists of "AUTO"), thanks :)
