Location of IMP POPPED Mail

   I am changing servers and trying to find out the best way to move  
my Popped (not IMAP) Email.  I am talking about old mail that shows up  
in my Inbox and other folders.

I thought I could just go to the "mailnames" folders but it is not there...

I'm afraid you can not move mail to pop3 mailbox.
