I'm a .NET dev working for Cochlear (a medical technology company
located in Australia -
http://www.cochlear.com) and the team i'm
working in is looking to hire ALT.NET minded people for a C#/WPF
project.
This post isn't intended to be a "recruitment" style push, and I won't
be spamming you with further recruitment offers, but I wanted to post

project, which really will make a difference to the lives of people
who are hearing impaired.
Some of the traits we're looking for in a great dev:
* You're a clear, confident communicator
* You "get" TDD, and practice it
* You know agile (SCRUM or other)
* You've practiced pair-programming, and are happy to do it almost always.
We're a team that genuinely beleive in (and practice) all of the above
and are looking for someone to compliment that.
